Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
We offer shipping services within South Africa using reputable carriers. The estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that these timeframes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations.

Shipping Costs:
We deliver nationwide at a standard rate of R150.00 if you are in an outlying area please select this option R250.00. The Courier Guy will be delivering your parcel.


Order Processing Time:
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been verified, we will process it within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, such as sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We are happy to provide international shipping services, which are to be discussed directly with the LF team.

In the rare event of a delivery issue, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Customs and Duties:
Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by the South African authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance.
